Not an e-Faktur

A VAT-registered business (PKP) must make its tax invoices (faktur pajak) electronically as e-Faktur, through DJP’s Coretax system. A PrimerLedger invoice is a simple commercial invoice: it is not a faktur pajak and does not replace one.

Check with your accountant, or on the DJP website, what your business must issue.

Questions

Which currency are my invoices in?

Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Each business has one currency, set by the country you choose at sign-up.

Can I change my country later?

No. The country is fixed when you sign up, and with it the currency, so choose Indonesia carefully on the sign-up page.

Does PrimerLedger send my invoices to DJP (e-Faktur or Coretax)?

No. PrimerLedger does not connect to any tax authority outside the Philippines. It makes a simple commercial invoice that you send to your buyer yourself.

What is not included?

PrimerLedger outside the Philippines is invoicing only. Expenses, payment tracking, reports, stock and online-shop orders are for Philippine businesses.
