Service delivery
PrimerLedger is an online service. Access is delivered online immediately after signup, and after each payment it continues without interruption. No physical goods are shipped.
Free trial
Every company starts with 90 free days with every feature. No card is needed and nothing is charged during the trial. You pay only if you decide to subscribe.
Cancelling
- The company Owner can cancel at any time in Settings, then Billing.
- You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you can resume before then.
- After that the company becomes read-only. Your records are not deleted and you can still export them.
Refunds
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel, because you keep access for the rest of that month.
- We refund in full if we charged you by mistake, charged you twice, or if the service was unavailable for a significant part of your paid month because of a failure on our side.
- If you pay more than your bill, we keep the extra on record and settle it with you.
- Ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment by e-mailing hello@primerledger.com with your company name and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or account within 14 working days.
If you do not pay
If a bill is not paid within 7 days after its period ends, the company becomes read-only until it is paid. Nothing is deleted because of non-payment.
